Growing Your Hair

I want to grow my hair long - do I need to trim it frequently, so that it remains healthy - won't it take forever?

There is a saying that trimming your hair makes it grow faster… It is a load of nonsense! So no, you don't need to cut it, unless it is chemically damaged, or ridden with split ends. Provided you look after your hair by following a few simple rules, then you should only need to cut it when you want a new style: Do not overbrush your hair, as you will do nothing but cause breakages and split ends. Invest in a decent hairbrush or comb, and use quality hair products. Do not scrape your hair back, use very tight bands or wear hats excessively. Make sure that you get your vitamins.
